What Is V FIT TRAINING?



At V Fit Training our approach to training is simple: functional strength training. Each movement and exercise should have a purpose and reason why it is being performed. We believe that a client’s training should have a carry over effect into their everyday life. Our client programs focus on performing pushing, pulling, gait, lunge, squat, bend and twist movements. Our goal with each client is to keep them safe, make them stronger and have fun during the process.
